I made my way uphill. To buy a drink, I parked my bicycle in the supermarket's bike parking area. Underneath a bench was a package of Pokémon snacks.
Even if the city is kept clean, a certain amount of litter may still find its way onto the streets. Nevertheless, the awareness of residents has become healthier than in the past, and Japanese society is making strides toward a sustainable society.
In the end, what was initially planned as a one-hour ride turned into about two hours of cycling.
