A Backpack Named ATLAS
I use a backpack for commuting and shopping. For the past few years, I had been using a product called ATLAS from Coleman, but this May, the zipper broke.

Purchase information and price
Looking at my purchase history on Amazon, I found that I bought it in December 2016. The purchase price was 5600 yen.
Used almost every day
On weekdays, I used this backpack for commuting, and on holidays, I used it for shopping. I commute by train when I visit my parents. And I used this backpack when I went back home.

This backpack has a straightforward design in solid black.
Since it is a basic product available on Amazon, I initially worried that someone else might have the same one. However, within my range of activities, I never encountered anyone with the same backpack.
It has tags that say Coleman and CORDURA. Because the body is all black, the tags with white and orange lettering stand out.

• Impressions
Simple design
The color is solid black. Also, it had few pockets, making the design very simple. I liked this simplicity.
Sturdy impression
Cordura nylon was used, and the fabric was thick. The zippers were also thick, giving a sturdy impression.
The zipper broke
Despite its sturdy construction, one of the two zippers broke.
The other zipper still functions, but it looked deteriorating, so I decided to stop using it.

• I wanted to buy a replacement, but...
I wanted to buy a new Atlas on Amazon but couldn't find it available. It might have been discontinued.
Therefore, I had no choice but to buy a different product this time.
• Summary
I used a backpack named Atlas from Coleman for about seven and a half years.
I stopped using it because the zipper broke.
I wanted to buy a new Atlas, but since it was not available on Amazon, I gave up.
The Atlas had a simple and sturdy design.

平日は通勤するときに、休日は買い物するときに、このリュックを使用していました。私は電車で帰省していますが、実家に帰省するときにも、このリュックを使用していました。

このリュックは、黒一色の、きわめてシンプルなデザインです。

Amazonで入手できるベーシックな製品なので、誰かと被るのではと私は当初心配しました。しかし、私の行動範囲内では、誰とも被りませんでした。

Coleman と CORDURA と書かれたタグが付いています。本体が黒一色のため、白色とオレンジの文字で書かれたタグが、目立ちます。

カラーは黒一色です。また、ポケットの数は少なくて、とてもシンプルなデザインでした。そのシンプルさが気に入っていました。

コーデュラナイロンが使用されており、生地は厚い。ファスナーも太めのものが使用されており、頑丈な印象です。

頑丈な感じの造りでしたが、ファスナーの2つのうちの1つが壊れてしまいました。

もう1つのファスナーはまだ機能していますが、ファスナー系が全体的に劣化しているので、私は使用をやめることにしました。
ファスナーの一部が欠けてしまって、うまく開閉できなくなりました。7年以上使用しているので、壊れるのは仕方ないと思います。

新しいアトラスを買おうと思い、Amazonを探しましたが、取り扱っていませんでした。製造が終了してしまったのかもしれません。

そこで、やむを得ず、今度は別の製品を買うことにしました。

Colemanのアトラスという名前のリュックを、約7年と半年、使用しました。

新しいアトラスを買いたかったのですが、Amazonで取り扱われていなかったため、あきらめました。

ファスナーが壊れてしまったので、使用をやめました。

アトラスは、シンプルで堅牢なデザインでした。
